Classes/Events Terms & Conditions

We aim to provide the highest quality classes & events for guests and to secure the best teachers & hosts. We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons through the design, maintenance, and operation of the programmes and the facility.

Participating in any of our classes or events is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by SAF Ventures Ltd or any of its employees or teachers.

Payment Methods

Payment is through our online booking system or at the Treehouse.

Confirmation of place

Your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you pay using the online booking system, you will receive an automated reply confirming your place.


We are unable to offer refunds on class or event bookings, however if you inform us 48 hours prior to a class then an alternative date will be offered subject to availability. Alternatively you may offer your place to a friend or relative and we will require the name of the person taking your place at the time of your cancellation.


All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The teacher cannot be responsible for a child at any time.


Siblings attending but not joining in will be charged an entry fee, not a class fee. Siblings attending an event must pay event entry price.

Withdrawal of service

If a carer or associated visitor behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate by the teacher then we reserve the rights to ask the guest to leave and to withdraw the provision of classes to the guest.

Cancellation of Classes policy

We will endeavour to run classes & events come rain or shine. However we reserve the right to cancel a class or event for any reason and in such circumstance parents/guardians will be notified/contacted via the contact details provided to us upon booking. An alternative date will be offered subject to availability, or the fee will be refunded via the same method payment was made.


Parents/guardians are asked not to attend if they or their children are ill. Please keep your child at home if he/she:

  • Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
  • Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
  • Has heavy nasal discharge
  • Has discharging eyes

Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:

  • Measles
  • Chicken pox
  • German measles
  • Whooping cough
  • Impetigo
  • Scarlett fever
  • Hand, foot and mouth disease
  • Norovirus

We cannot offer a refund due to illness but you may offer your place to a friend and would need to inform us their name upon cancellation.

Videos, photographs and confidentiality

Taking pictures or videos of your children is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with the class or event. Please be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop please respect the rights of others.

Personal property

Please note that your property left in prams or bags is your responsibility and we cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.

Health & Safety and Hygiene Policies

We follows rigorous internal checks of our facility and equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe. For details please ask management.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

From time to time we may updates these T&Cs. We will inform you of changes via the contact details you provided us upon booking, and you have 14 days to opt out of accepting changes in writing. Failure to do so will entitle us to treat this agreement with you as being updated with the changes.
