Pyjama Club Terms & Conditions
We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our Pyjama Club through the design, maintenance, and operation of the programme and the facility.
Participating in our pyjama club is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by SAF Ventures Ltd or any of its employees or carers.
We deem our pyjama club is suitable for ages 4+, however we do ask parents to use their judgement as to whether their child is able and happy to sit for the duration of a film without their parents. If you feel your child will not enjoy or tolerate this experience then we ask that you please refrain from bringing them to the Pyjama Club until they are ready.
Please note the Pyjama Club is not a creche or nursery service. Parents/carers MUST stay in the building at all times while their children are in Pyjama Club.
Payment is through our online booking system or at the Treehouse.
Confirmation of place
Your place is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If you pay using the online booking system, you will receive an automated reply confirming your place.
We are unable to offer refunds on pyjama club bookings, however if you inform us 48 hours prior to the event then an alternative date will be offered subject to availability. Alternatively you may offer your place to a friend or relative and we will require the name of the person taking your place at the time of your cancellation.
We will endeavour to keep your children entertained at the Pyjama Club, however in the event that your children inform us that they no longer want to remain in the Pyjama Club a member of staff will escort them back to you. If your child needs assistance going to the toilet a member of staff will come to alert you as we are unable to assist them.
Withdrawal of service
If a child behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Pyjama Club leader then we reserve the right to escort the child back to you and, at our discretion, may not be allowed to return to the Pyjama Club that evening and to withdraw the provision of Pyjama Club to the customer.
Cancellation of Pyjama Club policy
We will endeavour to run our Pyjama Club come rain or shine. However we reserve the right to cancel a session for any reason and in such circumstance parents/guardians will be notified/contacted via the contact details provided to us upon booking. An alternative date will be offered subject to availability, or the fee will be refunded via the same method payment was made.
Parents/guardians are asked not to attend if they or their children are ill. Please keep your child at home if he/she:
- Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
- Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
- Has heavy nasal discharge
- Has discharging eyes
Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:
- Chicken pox
- German measles
- Whooping cough
- Scarlett fever
- Hand, foot and mouth disease
We cannot offer a refund due to illness but you may offer your place to a friend and would need to inform us their name upon cancellation.
Videos, photographs and confidentiality
Please be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop please respect the rights of others.
Please note that your property is your responsibility and we cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
From time to time we may updates these T&Cs. We will inform you of changes via the contact details you provided us upon booking, and you have 14 days to opt out of accepting changes in writing. Failure to do so will entitle us to treat this agreement with you as being updated with the changes.
